Moving to Osun State in Western Nigeria came with the excitement of trying out the popular Yoruba native delicacy, Amala & Ewedu. Well, it was worth it. The Amala was well served in designed ceramic plates, with stew in the Ewedu. The soft texture of the ‘kpomor’ mixed with stew was mouth-watering.
