I suddenly felt the need to take better care of my health. Hence, I went on a voyage to discover tips and lifestyles for a better healthier life.

Soon after, I began taking exercises seriously, cut down my sugar intake and increased my protein and vitamin intake. Making fruit parfaits, milkshakes and smoothies became a regular habit.

Do I literally feel healthier? Yes I do.
